Georama - VR Photography Terms and Conditions
Orders:
Orders may be made by telephone, by email or fax.
Work will commence once the order has been received from the
customer and an appointment at the property has been made. The customer
is responsible for arranging access to the property at which the
work is to be carried out and the property should be set up ready
for the photography.
Cancellations:
Cancellations or postponements should be provided by telephone, fax or
e-mail within 24 hours of the booked date, otherwise an administration
charge of $50 may be payable, extenuating circumstances excepted.
Delivery:
Georama will make every effort to process and host the photographs
promptly and as agreed with the customer. The photographs will be
considered both delivered by Georama
and accepted by the customer when a CD-Rom containing all photographic
images and associated web pages have been physically received by the
customer and/or all
files have been electronically
hosted by Georama and the customer notified.
Prices:
Prices quoted by Georama are subject to change at any time. Georama
will honour the price quoted for any existing orders and inform
customers of future changes to prices. All prices quoted by Georama are
inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). If goods and services are
required to be rendered outside the Adelaide metropolitan area the
customer will be quoted in advance for reasonable travel and
accommodation expenses.
Invoices:
An invoice will be issued with the CD containing the VR photographs.
Payment Terms:
Full payment is due no later than 30 days after invoice date unless
otherwise agreed. Georama may apply a late fee to any accounts not paid
within 30 days of the due date.
Payment Method:
Georama does not accept credit card payments. Payments may be made by
cash, cheque, or electronic funds transfer (EFT).
Copyright:
Copyright of VR images and other files will reside with Georama at all
times. Georama holds all rights to the intellectual property and to the
techniques employed to produce the photographs. Georama reserves
the right to apply a discreet watermark to all images.
